140 miler- Costa Mesa to Camp Pendleton and back

Today I rode with two lovely ladies from Costa Mesa to Camp Pendleton and then back through Live Oak and Santiago Canyon. I had great legs today. I sprinted (1016watts max sprint) all the rollers on PCH and chased down rabbits all day long.
