Juan came to me in search a comfortable pair of cycling shoes for his wide feet. We settled on Lake Cycling shoes. He was so happy with the fit of his cycling shoes he wanted a helmet to match. I then sold him an Abus Gamechanger in purple flip flop. During our numerous follow on discussions I asked him what he was using for nutrition. He mentioned electrolytes but no real carbohydrate source to fuel his higher intensity or longer rides. I suggested he try REV Energy.
